I call microsoft and talk for about 27mins and microsoft unbanned me because I did not brack any contract what
Microsoft set up. by law microsoft has to unbanned you if you did not brack the contract. The have to say yes to the contract when you sign up for xbox live

SiroHunter…yes you will still be banned…it seems apparent that microsoft know how to read firmware..you possibly may be flagged for banning so i suggest you sell your console while it works on live and state it has ixtreme 161….buy a new console and put IX lite touch on!!

hey guys just have a question: i have a banned console and another one with the ixtreme 1.6.1 everything works fine with this one and wanted 2 know if i get banned even if i delete every pirate games from the hd and start to play only originals? i wanna play online so badly but dont want to get banned again

the next console you buy, buy it from a well known retailer like amazon. They have a 1 year guarantee on all electricals. If you get banned, RROD your console (i didnt even do that, i sent it back working but banned) and they will give you a full refund!

Yeah I thought about that too, I live in Chicago and here there used to be a store called Game Crazy and they offered a 1 year warranty on all consoles for an extra 30 bucks. This warranty covered everything but theft, (the guy even told me if my system blew up i was still covered, as long as he could read the serial #) so I was gonna bust my console up wit a hammer if I got banned and get a new 1. but the stores just recently closed down
